GSM offers curated apparel, accessories, vintage, pre-owned, archive, and one-off pieces.

Unless otherwise stated, items may show signs of age, wear, fading, marks, repairs, or irregularities consistent with their nature and history. Vintage and pre-owned garments may also differ from modern sizing standards.

We take care to present each piece as accurately as possible through photographs, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes. However, slight variations in colour, texture, and measurement may occur.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details carefully before purchase.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

As many GSM items are one-off or limited, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where:

• an item becomes unavailable or is oversold

• there is an error in pricing, imagery, description, measurements, shipping, or inventory

• we reasonably suspect fraudulent, unauthorised, or improper activity

• we are unable to fulfil the order for operational, legal, or compliance reasons

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be updated at any time before purchase. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when your order is placed.

Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

5. Website Content

We aim to ensure all information on our website is accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, measurements, prices, availability, or other content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSM excludes all conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liabilities, and obligations not expressly set out in these Terms.

GSM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data.

GSM is also not liable for delay, non-delivery, or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs action, weather, industrial action, technical issues, or force majeure events.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and, where applicable, at our option, to:

• replacing the goods

• repairing the goods

• resupplying the goods

• paying the cost of replacing, repairing, or resupplying the goods

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GSM against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense arising from your misuse of this website, breach of these Terms, or breach of any law or third-party rights.
