Shipping policy
Last updated: March 10, 2026
1. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after payment has cleared, unless otherwise stated.
During launches, promotional periods, holidays, or operational disruptions, processing times may be longer.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence once the order has been dispatched.
Standard Shipping (Australia Post): Estimated delivery within 2–6 business days depending on the destination.
Express Shipping (Australia Post Express Post): Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days to most metropolitan areas.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, peak periods, and Australia Post processing times. GSM is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other courier services once the parcel has been dispatched.
3. Carriers
Orders may be shipped using Australia Post or another carrier selected by GSM.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is largely outside GSM’s control.
4. Risk and Title
Title to goods passes once full payment has been received.
Risk in the goods passes upon delivery to the address provided, or where applicable, when the goods are left in accordance with the selected delivery method or carrier procedure.
5. Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting GSM promptly if an issue arises.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, GSM may require additional shipping and handling fees before the parcel is resent.
GSM is not liable for loss arising from incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
7. Delays, Lost Parcels, and Damage in Transit
GSM is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, industrial action, technical issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, GSM may assist by lodging an enquiry with the carrier. Any remedy will be determined in accordance with applicable law, carrier findings, and the circumstances.
Because many GSM pieces are one-off, replacement may not always be possible. Where GSM is legally required to provide a remedy, it will do so in a manner consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Safe Drop / Authority to Leave
Where safe drop or authority to leave applies, and the carrier records the parcel as delivered, GSM is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. International Orders
For international orders:
• customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
• GSM is not responsible for customs delays, holds, refusals, seizures, or destruction by border authorities
• If an order is returned due to refusal, non-collection, or unpaid import charges, original shipping charges are non-refundable and any return costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law
10. Shipment Changes
GSM reserves the right to split shipments, combine shipments, change carriers, or cancel unfulfillable orders where reasonably required.
